I'm trying to setup sametime with aol connectivity and I'm running into issues. To this point IBM has been unable to identify what my issue is. Here's what I do have working.
I can startup my RTCGateway server and restart my sametime server and initiate a chat from sametime to aol ok. However if I try to initiate the chat from aol to sametime my account never shows on line in aol.
Once I have a chat window started I can communicate both directions but if I close my sametime chat I will not be able to initiate the chat from aol.
Over time the connectivity stops working and I have to restart my sametime environment again and then I an initiate the chat again and I'm good for a while but then everything goes inactive again.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Has anyone else been able to get this to work?
